I joined Gixxer in Ocober and it apparently shut down in March. No response from owner Tim Carter, not even an e-mail that service would be ending.
A company in the UK got the clients (you might have ended up being one of them) and another the US got the domains so old deep links now redirect the the firm in the US for server hosting while the home page stays for the new service being offered.
